Closing 25 January 2022: Our company is expanding and we are looking for full-time Sales Consultant to join our Johannesburg sales and marketing team based in Midrand – International Business Gateway.

Introduction

SERR SYNERGY was established in 2014 specifically to address the revised Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Codes of Good Practice (B-BBEE or BEE Codes) along with fundamental business legal compliance requirements as expected of all businesses in South Africa. These include–

  • Skills Development and Employment Equity legislation;
  • Regulatory (mandatory) Training;
  • The new Companies Act;
  • Consumer Protection Act;
  • National Credit Act;
  • Promotion of Access to Information Act;
  • Protection of Personal Information Act;

  • Labour Relations legislation pertaining to both business and domestic employees.

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Applicant must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English
  • Previous sales consultant and/or marketing experience will be an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Must be friendly yet professional
  • Must be self-motivated and have the necessary drive to meet sales targets
  • Must have own reliable transport
  • Offering a very lucrative commission structure with added bonuses on sales target achievement, with the potential of earning a rewarding residual income
  • Appropriate sales and product training will be provided in-house.
