• Develop and maintain digital campaigns to increase web traffic
• Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities
• Research market to identify new opportunities
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
• Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies
• Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity
• Manage Social Media projects and coordination with sales team
• Work with EU design team on any other designs for posts
• Update website with banners for monthly promotions
• Update website with any new forms or literature
• Update website with price changes, new products, and product availability when relevant
• Work with the video team to request new video material for upcoming promotions
• Respond daily to Facebook and Instagram messages and comments
• Write and create weekly and monthly newsletters
