Qualifications
Requirements
- Must have TESOL/TEFL certification; • Major in early childhood education or English field; • Native English speaker from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland;
- Between the ages of 24 and 35⼫ • May apply for a Chinese Z visa to work as an English teacher.
Job Descriptions
Age range of the students: 3 to 6; class size: 18 to 25; working hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday; weekly meals provided; class instruction, preparation, and related work; completion of assignments given by the teaching manager; attendance at company, training, and activity meetings; student activities; parent meetings; ongoing learning of current material and self-created class and improvement; and maintenance of positive relationships with both parents and students
Compensation
•Salary: 15,000~18,000 RMB/month
•Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB/month
•Air ticket /Visa documentation Reimbursement
•Contract renewal bonus: 5,000RMB
