What will be expected of me in this role?

• You will be the lead mobile developer for our existing and future apps and start with a mission to learn the domain and products and start adding value by assuming key responsibilities.
• You’ll liaise with our support, sales, and management teams to define and solve new challenges and build new features for the app(s), improve existing ones and improve the overall performance of the app.
• You’ll have responsibility for building large features end to end without supervision.
• You’ll have responsibility to build brand new apps within the next year or 2 as we are starting to plan on the landlord mobile app we want to release as part of our value offering.
• You will assist in guiding, coaching, and mentoring future junior mobile developers and new team members.
• You’ll help us think strategically about mobile technology decisions and priorities.
• You’ll come up with innovative ways to make the solutions better, faster & more secure and drive the implementation of your ideas.

Hard minimum requirements (Dealbreakers)

• Minimum of 3 + years working with Flutter
• Minimum of 4+ years total practical work experience in Software Development
• Must have worked under under senior developers on production level applications.
• Previous experience with other mobile technologies including SWIFT, Android & Kotlin.
• Experience deploying applications to the Playstore and Appstore
• Experience supporting mobile applications
• Experience with large scale multi-tenancy (SaaS) applications
• Interest or experience in the property industry (PropTech).
• Experience building & maintaining third-party integrations and working with APIs.
• Exceptional Eye for detail & UI/UX as well as design including responsive design
