Programme Overview
The Graduate Accelerated Programme is aimed at identifying and developing leadership capability to meet the future resource needs of the OMSA business. The incumbents are recruited and appointed as per the recruitment governances of the programme.
Successful candidates gain experience and business knowledge initially through project -based involvement and on-the-job training accompanied by ongoing assessments. The incumbents will be appointed as GAP Trainees until such time the individual is ready for placement in an appointed role identified upfront by a Business Unit.

The following Graduate Opportunities are open for Applications:
Graduate Trainee: Internal Auditor – Technology and Cyber Risk
- Tertiary degree in: Commerce, Engineering or Science (examples include, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial, Analytics or similar)
Graduate Trainee: Internal Auditor – General Internal Audit
- Tertiary qualification in Internal Auditing
Graduate Trainee Internal Auditor – OM Insure
- Tertiary qualification in: Law, Insurance, Risk Management or similar
Graduate Trainee Internal Auditor – PF Life & Customer
- Tertiary qualification in Finance (B.Com or B.BusSci) or Auditing (Internal or External) or similar
Selection Criteria
- Must have Honours or equivalent (completed by end 2026)
- Achieved a minimum of 65% average in the last 2 years
- Must be a South African citizen
