About the job
Xperien, an IT asset disposal company based in Kya Sands is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Officer to assist in conceptualizing digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects, including but not limited to websites, Social media, advertising, animation, emails, social media.
Key performance areas
- Social Media Management
- Blog posting and media management on Xperien owned online pages and groups
- Liaising and collaborating with external sources to generate social media content and PR.
- Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spent is delivering a return on investment.
- Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels
- PR and corporate communications.
- Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies (incl. PR agencies).
- Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
- Weekly Newsletters
- Design and distribute weekly e-newsletters.
- Work with ITAD and PR consultant for content.
- Creating and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Monthly reporting (Data analytics)
- Monthly and Periodic reporting on website analytics and social media posting.
- Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
- Marketing Strategy
- Maintain a Marketing strategy agreed by the various stakeholders of the company.
- Working with the executive team, such as the marketing HOD or managing director, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
- Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
- Website management.
- Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
- Design, build and maintain Xperien’s websites
- Digital Design
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
- Ad-hoc media designs
- Create and maintain the company’s Corporate Identity profiles.
Preferred Minimum Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree Digital design or relevant field.
· +5 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role.
· 3 years’ social media post design (Static and animations) experience.
· 3 years’ experience in designing mailers using HTML and/or CSS.
· 3 years’ web page and landing page design.

CTC Package: 15k – 25k depending on experience.
