Sales Representative
Xperien, an IT asset disposal company based in Kya Sand is looking for a skilled, emotionally stable HUNTER (Sales Representative) with a positive and confident attitude. The incumbent should be well experienced in Used IT equipment and have a go-getter’s outlook. Must be someone who will collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals, improve sales and increase profits of the company.

Key performance areas
· HUNT prospective customers/clients and new target segment and penetrate sales in that area.
· Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
· Responsible for cold calling and ensuring that set targets are reached.
· Attend internal and external sales meetings and contribute towards the development of
sales strategy to improve departmental turnover.
· Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry.
· Make regular contact with clients aimed at improving sales and managing the client relationships.
· Prepare sales reports and recommend areas for improvement.
· Ensure prospective customers receive the latest product information.
Preferred Minimum Education and Experience
· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within sales, preferably in used IT equipment (Desktop, Laptops, Servers, etc.)
· Must have existing clientele (Non-negotiable)
· Ability to generate proposals and build PowerPoint presentations (Non-negotiable)
· Ability to arrange meetings and present to Senior and Top Executives (Non-negotiable)
· Must have excellent IT technical knowledge
· Matric (Grade 12)
· Tertiary qualification in IT is advantageous

CTC Package: ±25K depending on experience (Medical Aid + Provident Fund on a 50/50 basis, generous variable comm)
