Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperations and Service Delivery: Welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Inform the host of the visitor’s arrival. Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Handle queries as they arise in a professional manner, striving for a positive resolution.
Answering, transferring and executing switchboard calls correctly in a timeous and professional manner. Providing an “ultimate” service experience to both internal and external customers.

Complete administration, as and when required.
Communication: Responding to management requests timeously and providing necessary action required. Responsible for regularly keeping management informed of pertinent issues. 
General: To maintain a high standard of morale and motivation through good communication skills. May be required to assist with any other duties that may be outside the scope of responsibility.
Skills and CompetenciesGood interpersonal skills; Strong oral communication and writing skills; Good listening skills, Good multitasking skills; Good typing skills, Ability to work independently and under pressure; Excellent telephone etiquette; Attention to detail; Sense of urgency; Able to work under pressure; Flexible and adaptable.
QualificationsMinimum Matric; Office Administration related qualifications advantageous; 2+ years Receptionist experience essential; Switchboard management experience essential; Proficient with MS Office and Outlook.
