Strategic Retention Manager
RAM Hand-to-Hand Couriers have an exciting position available for an individual who is sales- and customer-orientated, as well as target driven. The Strategic Retention Manager will be based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
The position is a leadership role on an executive level and will report to the Managing Director (MD). The Strategic Retention Manager will be responsible to execute activities to retain clients and grow the business in alignment with the overall business strategy.
The successful candidate will be accountable for all client relation and retention activities, and will have to achieve objectives set in the following key performance areas – Retention Strategy, Retention Activities and Interventions, Sales/Commercial, Customer- Relations and Satisfaction, as well as Business Analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
- Grade 12 (Essential)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Related Field (Essential)
JOB EXPERIENCE
7 years’ experience in Sales and/or Customer Retention management (Essential) of which 5 years are Senior or Executive Management experience (Essential)
