We are passionate about our commitment to providing more food to more people more often” We are searching for a Sales Administrator to join the Vector Sales Solutions team on a Fixed Term Contract. This role would require the individual to support the regional sales team and provide an important link between the managers and their clients by processing all sales-related paperwork, fielding queries, and arranging appointments to visit new and established customers.
Minimum Requirements– Matric.
– A secretarial diploma or office administration diploma would be advantageous.
– 2 years of administrative experience.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesSales Administration;

General administration functions for the region, including but not limited to:

– Assist regions with quarterly cycle meeting presentations.
– Assist regions with urgent principal feedback.
– Compile weekly feedback by principle for Regional Sales Managers / Divisional Sales Managers.
– Update cluster & bulk SMS contact details.
– Communicate promotional detail into the trade.
– Manage Point of Sale items, Coupons & Free Stock Registers.
– Creation of Purchase Orders for payments and reconciling expenses.
– Monthly budget management – scrutinize reports and ensure relevant charges to correct cost center, and extract cost detail on request. 
– Assist with collating bulk uniform orders annually.
– Co-ordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting venue bookings for the region.
– Processing of relevant workflows. 

Maintaining Assets:
Coordinate the maintenance of the following Company assets: 

– Company Vehicles Cell Phones IT Equipment Boot Boxes
– Managing the region’s AARTO fines.

Team Coordination and Self-Management;

– Take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-management in terms of planning, prioritizing, and self-development.
– Support the business core values.
